Mixit Cottage is converted from a barn on a former farmstead in countryside near the South Devon town of Kingsbridge. The cottage sleeps two people in one downstairs bedroom which can be a double or a twin, plus a bathroom. Upstairs is an open plan living space with a seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a shared indoor swimming pool and games room, three fishing lakes and an onsite health and beauty centre, plus parking for one car.
